Who you are writing to

Convertly is an independent project built and maintained by Firirigs — not a company with a support department. That has one clear advantage: whatever you send arrives with the person who can actually change the site. If you report a wrong conversion factor, the person reading your email is the one who will fix it.

It also sets expectations honestly. Replies usually come within a few days. If your message lands in a busy week it may take a little longer, but it will be read.

What to get in touch about

Something looks wrong A conversion that does not match what you expected, a rate that seems stale, a calculator giving an odd result. These are the most valuable emails we receive. Tell us what you entered and what you expected, and we will look into it.
A tool you wish existed If you keep searching for a conversion or calculation Convertly does not cover yet, say so. The toolbox grows based on what people actually ask for.
Something is broken A page that will not load, a layout that breaks on your phone, a button that does nothing. Your browser and device help enormously in tracking it down.
Privacy questions Anything about what the site does or does not collect. The privacy policy covers the detail, but if it does not answer your question, ask.

Please do not send us personal details

Email is not a secure channel, and there is no reason for us to hold sensitive information about you. Please do not send health details, financial account numbers, identification documents or passwords — we do not need any of it, and we would rather it was not sitting in an inbox.

If you are reporting a problem with the BMI calculator, describing the situation is enough. You do not need to send us your own measurements.
